Thanks to Teena in Toronto, I was alerted this evening that today has been my blogaversary. This makes two years!
As a hastily-conceived kind of celebration, I'm going to pose a challenge. Out of all those who provide a correct answer to it in the comments section to this post, I'll draw someone randomly to win a prize. What prize? I don't know. Something handmade, no doubt. Just include in your comment whether you are a quilter or yarn fondler (via crochet or knitting) or whatever else is your favorite creative endeavor. That may influence what I send you. Oh, and you need to be sure I can contact you via email or through your blog if you have one, so please provide that information, too.
Now for the challenge question:
If my Almost Amish Puzzle quilt was an actual puzzle, how many pieces would be in the box?
Take a look at the photo in the previous post to help you. You can either guesstimate or give me a calculated answer, but the answer must be exactly correct to go into the prize pool.
I'll draw the winner this coming Sunday, about noon Central Standard Time.
Best wishes!
Happy B-versary!
ReplyDeleteIf someone gave me an Almost Amish Quilt, I would want it to be in ONE piece, all finished since I don't quilt.
Good Luck to the quilters out there; there's no competition from me!
The quilt is gorgeous. Happy blogaversary!! My guess is 240 pieces.
ReplyDeleteHi. I found your site from the Ks Quilters group. I have just begun to blog, Patrice Egging, Music and Ministry, patriceegging.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteMy guess would be 256
Happy blogiversary!
ReplyDeleteMy guess is 240 (it's a gorgeous quilt).
I'm an occasional quilter, but mostly a knitter.
